Judy learns about the invasive wild parsnip found on Hwy 111 near Phillips from Butch Lobermeier (holding the parsnip), Price County Conservationist. A group is just starting in Price, Sawyer, Rusk and Taylor counties to band together to form a "Cooperative Weed Management Area" to help control invasive plants.
